REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

More than 1,400 road, highway, and urban transportation decision-makers, leaders, and practitioners from businesses, municipalities, provincial transportation departments, associations, and academia are expected to attend!

Over three and a half days of TAC’s Conference & Exhibition, attendees can benefit from a variety of technical, social, professional and networking events. Visit the Program webpage to learn more.

Options

Full Event

Includes the TAC Awards Ceremony, Welcome Reception, technical programming, the Exhibition, daily continental breakfast, breaks and lunches, +Monday Night Event and session recordings.

Single Day

Includes access on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to technical programming, the Exhibition, continental breakfast, breaks, lunch, and session recordings for the day registered.
The SINGLE DAY fee does not include the Welcome Reception or the Monday Night Event. Tickets for these may be purchased separately, if available.

Session Recordings

Access the technical session recordings from November 2025 to March 31, 2026.
Access is limited to the person registered.

Member pricing: If your organization is not a TAC member, visit TAC’s Membership webpage to learn more and submit a membership application. New memberships become active when payment is made, then your organization’s staff can create employee accounts to access member pricing.

Student pricing: See the free or low-cost registration options below for full-time students enrolled in transportation-related disciplines.

Fees

Registration fees are in Canadian dollars; applicable taxes are extra.  Rates are subject to change.

+As of September 26, due to venue staffing challenges, the Monday Night Event is sold out. Full event rates have been reduced accordingly.

Payment

  • Payment via Visa, MasterCard, EFT or cheque is accepted. Payment must be received before conference access is provided.
  • To benefit from early-bird registration rates, registration must be completed and paid by June 26.
  • Only one substitution can be made at no charge. Subsequent substitutions will incur a $25 administration fee per change.

Cancellation & Transfers

These policies and deadlines apply to all registration categories EXCEPT the SESSION RECORDINGS option, which is not refundable.

  • July 24: Deadline for a full refund of registration fees, minus a $50 administration fee.
  • September 5: Deadline for a 75% refund of registration fees.
  • September 6 to October 1: No refunds are issued; however, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty. 
  • If you are a presenter, please contact Christina Ghazal directly.

Requests to transfer or cancel a registration must be emailed to conference@tac-atc.ca.
