These rooms are designated for TAC Conference attendees who check in on or after Saturday, October 3.

IMPORTANT: TAC organizers will never call you to book your hotel. The ONLY trusted methods to book your room are listed below.

Rates do not include taxes and fees and are subject to limited inventory/availability. After the group rates end, rates are subject to the hotel’s discretion. Book early at your preferred hotel to avoid disappointment.

Hotel Reservation Policy

Reservations may require a non-refundable one-night deposit. Please review the cancellation terms for your selected hotel for full details.

Multiple Reservations

To reserve more than one room, you must provide the hotel with the name of the person staying in each room. The same name cannot be used to make more than one reservation. Duplicates will be cancelled.

Why Book at One of These Hotels?

TAC has signed contracts guaranteeing low rates close to the conference venue to benefit conference delegates. If TAC doesn’t meet the minimum number of contracted rooms, it incurs financial penalties that will affect future conference registration fees.
