FULL EVENT
Includes the Welcome Reception, technical programming, the Exhibition, daily refreshment breaks and lunches, Monday Night Event and session recordings.
ONE DAY
Includes access on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday to technical programming, the Exhibition, refreshment breaks, lunch, and session recordings for the day registered. The Welcome Reception and Monday Night Event are not included with any One Day, but tickets may be purchased.
STUDENT ONE DAY
New this year! Includes complimentary access to technical programming, the Exhibition, refreshment breaks, lunch, and session recordings on ONE DAY of your choice. (You must pre-select which day.)
SESSION RECORDINGS
Includes access to technical session recordings.
Member pricing: If your organization is not a TAC member, visit the Join TAC webpage to learn more and submit a membership application. New memberships become active when payment is made, then related staff can create employee accounts to access member pricing.
Full-time students: See the free or low-cost registration options below for full-time students enrolled in transportation-related disciplines.

The Welcome Reception and Monday Night Event are not included with any One Day registration. Tickets may be purchased separately.
Guest tickets may be purchased for the Welcome Reception ($150) and the Monday Night Event ($175).
**For full-time students only. Students MUST use their educational email address to create their TAC account and register. They will be asked to show a valid student ID when checking in onsite at the registration desk.

Payment
- Payment via Visa, MasterCard, EFT or cheque is accepted. Payment must be received before conference access is provided.
- To benefit from early-bird registration rates, registration must be completed and paid by June 27.
- Only one substitution can be made at no charge. Subsequent substitutions will incur a $25 administration fee per change.
Cancellation & Transfers
These policies and deadlines apply to all registration categories EXCEPT the SESSION RECORDINGS option, which is not refundable.
- July 19: Deadline for a full refund of registration fees
- August 24: Deadline for a 75% refund of registration fees
- August 25-September 25: No refunds are issued; however, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.

Requests to transfer or cancel a registration must be emailed to conference@tac-atc.ca.
